21. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Trần Hoàng Chân, who operates 2market as a product of 2found from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using 2market you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think your account was misused. Only connect social accounts and Pages you are entitled to manage.
3. What 2market does
2market helps you prepare marketing content and publish it to the social accounts you connect. Nothing is published without your review: every post shows the destination, the content and its settings, and needs your explicit consent before it is sent. Connecting an account is not consent to publish.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create or upload. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it and send it to the destinations you choose.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to its text, images, video, music, likenesses and trademarks.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use 2market for spam, misleading or illegal content, infringement, impersonation, harassment, malware, unauthorised account access, or attempts to bypass a platform’s limits or review. Follow the rules of each platform you publish to.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on each platform’s permissions, limits, review and availability, which we do not control. We do not guarantee that a platform accepts, keeps or shows a post. 2market is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta or Google.
TikTok: by posting to TikTok you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service, the Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.
Facebook and Threads: the Meta Terms of Service and Threads Terms of Use govern your use of those platforms.
YouTube: 2market uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
7. AI features
AI features use the providers and API keys you choose, under those providers’ terms and prices. Review AI output before you use it; it can be wrong and is not professional advice.
8. Fees
2market is currently free. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will show its price, billing period and cancellation terms, and you will need to accept them.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using 2market at any time and ask us to delete your account (see data deletion). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, platforms or the service at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
10. Warranty and liability
2market is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, reach or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally; otherwise the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, decide it, without removing any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
12. Changes and contact
When we change these terms we update the effective date above, and we tell you in the app or by email before a material change applies. Questions: [email protected].
